Introducing the new IPA 12/60 Teleseminar Program!

In a couple of weeks, PRSA’s Independent Practitioner’s Alliance (IPA) is going to launch “12/60,” an exciting new professional development program designed for indies by indies. Each month, leaders in our section will offer 60-minute teleseminars on topics that are important to indies. And did we mention the series is included in our PRSA/ IPA membership? Not sure if becoming an independent practitioner is for you? We’ve got that covered in the first of our series, and we hope you’ll join in!
The series kicks off on Tuesday, Jan. 27 at 1 p.m. EST with “Am I Ready to Hang OutMy Own PR Shingle?” As a member of IPA, you’ve probably already taken this step, but our presenters will also offer some insights that may help you to evaluate and improve your business.
Our presenters include J.W. Arnold, IPA Membership Chair, who has 16 years experience in both Washington, DC and South Florida and mentored nearly a dozen new indies during that time. He will be joined by Katherine Hutt of Vienna, VA, another seasoned pro who was his mentor and a dynamic advocate for working solo and the benefits it offers, and fellow IPA Executive Committee member Paula MacDonald who is a recently minted indie and serves as a member at large supporting IPA Communications.
