Not receiving PRSA emails??? Check your myPRSA configuration – here’s how

This is really important. If you’re not receiving PRSA emails, it may be because you haven’t completed your “Opt In” configurations to receive PRSA, IPA emails and the IPA Forum (be sure to check your status, here’s where to find it)

  • Log in to your myPRSA account
  • In your profile, see “my communications preferences” – hit edit and select to “opt in” to all PRSA emails.
  • Under profile, select “my networking tools” – here is where you can “opt in” to participate in the IPA online forum where we ask and answer questions and help each other as a section.
